While I understand your desire to know who made your truck cab, it is not going to help much in your search for a windshield. The likelihood of someone, with a pile of old windshield frames, knowing what body manufacturer they came from is almost nil.
I hope you followed up with Chipper to see if the frame he mentioned would work for you. You also still have the option of making a wood frame, as was previously suggested. Perhaps some larger frames could be cut down to the size you need.
When working on something so specific and obscure, it is necessary to bring much imagination and resourcefulness to the project.
