Owner: This forum is owned and managed by the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America - a non-profit organization. It's sole purpose is to promote the sharing of information about preservation, restoration and the operation of vintage Chevrolets. Please go to the club's homepage for a full description of all of the benefits and features of membership.

Your Privacy: We will not sell, give away or use your name or email address for any commercial purpose. The only use is for other forum members to email directly with you for the benefit of the vintage Chevrolet hobby. On rare occasions, the forum administrator may send out a broadcast message to all forum members if there will be a major system event, but these will be done very sparingly and in a manner that should be of interest to you. We respect your privacy and will treat it as we do our own.

Our usage policy: Considering the real-time nature of this message board, it is impossible for us to review every message or confirm the validity of the information posted. Please remember that we do not centrally monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the VCCA or any person associated with this Bulletin Board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email.

Edits and Removals: We have the ability (and right) to edit or remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately.

Abusive Comments: You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, disparaging, assaulting, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violation of any law.

Additionally this is NOT the place to hold discussions about Religion, Politics, Guns or other non-automotive topics. There are lots of other forums for those discussions.

Bully Comments: Additionally we do not support personal attacks about another person for their opinions, thoughts or actions. This includes their choice of vehicles, solutions or intended use of their results. While this is a very subjective determination, the decision of the Moderator or Forum Administrator will prevail. We don't allow name calling or any other form of "adult bullying". If you strongly disagree with another person's action or intended course of action, "Don't Post". Go read a different thread or visit a different Forum. It's that simple.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyrighted material is owned by you. Although we do not and cannot review the messages posted and are not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your messages. We reserve the right to reveal your identity - and all information that we know about you - in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
