I have a 31 sedan that needs to be rewired. Does anyone have a schematic that shows wire color and gauge for a 6 volt system?

I doubt if the wires are color coded.

This is the best wiring diagram i expect that you will find. I have never seen one that shows wire gauge. In some of the diagrams for "newer" vehicles. they might show the color-coding. My advice is to save yourself a lot of time and grief. Order a harness from YNZ or Rhode Island Wiring. Chevy Wiring Diagrams

Thank you for the input. The wiring is not that complicated. I just figured if there was a diagram to follow, it would be more Era correct.

Agree with Rusty37Master. I used a YnZ in my 48. Was worried about putting it in. The installation turned out to be very easy. I removed the seats, threw in some old blankets an the floor. That made it easy to get under the dash.
