I don't have one for sale but you can google harmonic balancer rebuilders, there are outfits that rebuild them. Another option is to pick up a copy of Hemmings Motor News and look through the classifieds for a rebuilder.

No, it has a 1960 235 engine. Not sure about the fan belt size since it was missing when we purchased the pu.

The harmonic balancer on our '49 chevy pu looks bent. Are these easy to find or do people generally rebuild them? our first rebuild project. Thanks.

Maybe I am confused. I thought you had a newer engine in your truck. If I am reading your prior posts correctly you need a balancer for a 1960 235.

That is the reason Gene asked which belt size you have. A '49 Chevy engine used a wide belt. In 1960 the belts were narrow.

Just Goggle "Balancer for 1960 Chevy 235" to start your search.

The other key question is whether the problem is the damper ring coming loose from the hub or the hub being loose on the end of the crank. Those are 2 different problems. Typically a harmonic balancer does not "bend". The ring might slip and run at an angle or the hub might be at an angle on the end of the crank. When the engine runs the balancer will look like it is wobbling.
