tonyw ChatMaster - 6,000 Joined: May 2002 Posts: 6,149 Likes: 42 Goulburn Australia	Welcome to Chatter The 1966 and Chevelle models are a bit later than my knowledge if they are both leaf spring the 1st problem is spring seat position or if 1 is coil and 1 leaf spring you have another problem. As I think the Impala is a wider car so therefore use a wider axle housing and spring mount position. Take a suitable length measuring device and lots of photos to compare the 2 before putting either vehicle in the unmovable situation. Tony 1938 1/2 ton Hope to drive it before I retire
