Take the ring gear of and put it back inside out. Grind of the teeth outside as original

Well P1 flywheel rough, may sandblast and see what happens. P2 motor out, still stuck and white powder in #4???? Brakes on P2 after steam.

Maybe the mouse that was found in the water jacket got lost after doing a line of cocaine in cylinder 4.

The only other thing I can think of is corrosion if the piston is aluminum.
