You will need a replacement sealed beam and not a bulb. The thing that looks like a bulb is built into the sealed beam and vacuum sealed. This sealed beam was used from 1949-1952 passenger fog lights and 1949-1954 truck sealed beams. The Chevrolet part number is 451651. There is probably a Guide number for it also but I can not find one. That sealed beam was used for most GM cars back then.
I could use one also.

I have a number of NOS Westinghouse 4012A bulbs. If you are interested let me know. 4012A spec. They look like this.

I believe the wrong synapse fired. I think they're Wagner bulbs. I found a stockpile just after they stopped making them. I sold some on ebay. I have a few left if you're interested.

These are sealed beam bulbs. Do you have a photo of your bulbs? I've never seen one in a sealed metal jacket.

The Guide 2025 sealed beam was a metal back built-in bulb unit and different from what you have. Also have a clear lens with one exception.
