I am looking for replacement bulbs for my guide 2025 sealed beam fog lights they are 5 inch 6 volt are the sealed beams
rebuildable or are replacements offered

You will need a replacement sealed beam and not a bulb. The thing that looks like a bulb is built into the sealed beam and vacuum sealed. This sealed beam was used from 1949-1952 passenger fog lights and 1949-1954 truck sealed beams.
The Chevrolet part number is 451651. There is probably a Guide number for it also but I can not find one.
That sealed beam was used for most GM cars back then.

I could use one also.

I believe the wrong synapse fired. I think they're Wagner bulbs. I found a stockpile just after they stopped making them. I sold some on ebay. I have a few left if you're interested.

the ones are sealed up in a metal jacket have guide 5 inch
fog lite wrote on them on the bottom of the glass and the word
GUIDE in the center of the glass no numbers

These are sealed beam bulbs. Do you have a photo of your bulbs? I've never seen one in a sealed metal jacket.

The Guide 2025 sealed beam was a metal back built-in bulb unit and different from what you have. Also have a clear lens with one exception.
