Just had the tire wells put in my fenders.they gave me the old wells to use as a pattern but in need a Measurement maybe from the pad holes to the top of the wells.then I can set my old ones in and drill the holes.

I measured mine using a stanley with a wide tape. Going from the center of the rivet to the inboard side of the tape, while trying to keep the tape parallel with the opening I get; top outside rivet 4 7/8, top inside 4". Bottom outside 4 5/8" , inside 4". The other fender was close except the top outside was 4 5/8'. This is ripe for measurement error so better get some more before drilling.

I should say I only measured the outer most holes from the center of the well, top and bottom. Your well or the pads should give you the other hole location.
