I thought all the clocks were in the rear view mirror. either string pull winder, stem winder or electric.

The 33 master doesn't have glove box like a 34 to install it in. So its pick a spot. If it was a dealer installed accessory, then its wherever you eyeball it to be. I do not think there was ever a template, just hole saw the hole and install.

If you must make a hole try to use a hole punch, it makes a cleaner job of it.

A 1/2 inch hole is all that is required to mount the correct 33 clock. I placed my clock in the middle of the mass on the right hand side of the gauge cluster.

You will be required to place a switch/fuse in the line to the clock. It will not take too much time to deplete your battery.

Unfortunately, a large percentage of us backyard mechanics do not own hole punches. But we do own hole saws wood and metal.

Here are three views of the '33 dash clock that Rich33 sent.

The last photo shows how the half inch hole plays into it.

How about I sell you one so you can check it out with your own eyes? I have several of the 33 clocks for sale.

thanks for the offer but I will be running a rear view mirror stem wind clock mirror in my 35 std roadster , same as I am running on my 35 std coupe.

Even looking at that clock makes no sense to me exactly how the 1/2' hole makes it mount on or in , the dash
