Does anyone know if air cleaner mesh elements are available for the '32.
Thanks,

The air cleaner elements haven't been available for about 70 years. You can use heavy mesh steel wool spray painted copper as a replacement.

Chevs of the 40's lists air cleaner copper mesh in their catalogue, page 100.

Copper scrub pads such as "chore boy" can be used, don't require painting, and will not rust or deteriorate. Available in almost any supermarket.

Speaking of air cleaners/flame arresters, anybody know where I can get one for my '31 1/2 ton? It was missing when I bought the truck 35 years ago. I've just started the restoration and I'm learning there are a few items missing that would be "nice" to have.
