Gidday Andrew,
Yes call by the workshop sometime, if the ute is out the front then I am inside and the coffee is always nice and hot as to the woodfire, it would be great to meet you.
As for clubs yes i will join the club that ray is in one day down the track, it's not that I am not a club person......just a shy bugger around folks I don't know to well and don't have the faintest idea what the hell I am talking about with my old car, but I am learning about it as I go..

Some say "Street is neat". I prefer "1928 is great" I have documented my 45 years with a 1928 Chev Tourer, from 1973 to 2018, and regulary add other items that I hope are of interest to others. Your comments are most welcome. The story of the Red Chev can be viewed at http://my28chev.blogspot.com/

Andy, from memory you were up at Kalorama this year and have the 28 chev, I have the 27 chev ute and live on Mt Dandy road Montrose, address listed in the VDC members booklet.
It is close to Olinda you are welcome to drop in for visit to see chev and or discuss progress on your 28.

Bob Hi Bob, yes I was at Kalorama this year, but I was in a modern... my 2003 Chevy Avalanche (my daily driver). None of my restoration projects are quite drive-able yet. I don't have a 1928, my cars are 2 X 1929s and 2 X 1930s. I hope that once I get a weekend off I might be able to catch up with a few of the VDC members that live in my area.
Andrew
While the rest of the crew may be in the same predicament, it's almost always the pilot's job to arrive at the crash site first.
