My parts book says 29-37 All (exc.CC,CD, EC,FC). I do not believe the 29-30 wheel is the same. Are you looking for a wheel? If so what year? My 29-32 book says 31 & 32 are the same so I would think 31 - 37 is probably correct.

Yes the '31 - '37 is the same steering wheel except for the '33-36 Standard. Beginning in 1938 a splined shaft and wheel were installed.

The 1937 Steering wheel for passenger cars is different in that it is narrower in the spokes and the circumference of the wheel has a narrower grip. The 37 truck steering wheels are the same as the earlier vehicles.

The 1931-1937 steering wheels are the same - except for the 1933-1936 Standards and the 1937 Master Deluxe. The 1937 M.D. wheel is thinner as mentioned above and each spoke has a thin chrome strip on it.
