Wow Dave!! It looks soooo good. Especially to a guy, like me, stuck in the middle of a large city with just a two car garage. Man, I'm sure envious. But very happy for YOU.
CONGRATS to you on a nearly completed great project.....
Bill. Thanks Bill! We moved here this past year and the old house had just a small single. This house had a double, but also some yard space to build on. I'm not getting any younger, so here we are! Dave

Just a couple of thoughts before you close up on the inside. Be sure you have at least 50 outlets on the inside, perhaps more, but seriously many and don't forget to have one external outlet on each side of the building. You should also consider doing the same for water outlets, perhaps one on each opposite side. Once closed up on the inside it is too late. It is already too late to double the size of the building. I predict you will have all space occupied within 90 days of completion. Ask me how I know?

Ray I think you are being generous with 90 days. It will be a worthwhile exercise just the same. Tony

Make sure you have a drywall jack to hold the panels while you screw them to the rafters. It is worth its weight in arms!

Well, the building inspecter came by this morning and gave me the go ahead to close off the ceiling and walls. I'll pick-up my drywall tonight and rent a lift in the morning. Also picked up all of my flourescent light fixtures and lamps! Dave

Didn't get too much done today. Swept and vacuumed the dust and debris from yesterday. Wired in the thermostat. Put up a couple of pieces of OSB so I can get the heater installed this week! Heater? Do you need a heater where you live???
I think I'm a fairly wise person because I'm smart enough to realise I'm not too bright.

Heater? Do you need a heater where you live??? I'm sure it's not as cold as where you live! But it does get frosty and white here for a few months! Dave
