I am looking to purchase a set of hubcaps for my restoration. I prefer those native to the BelAir, but they have been discontinued at Nat'l Chevy Assn and I cannot find them anywhere else. Anyone have an idea as to where I can find them?

Thanks everyone for your help. In a roundabout way I located a set of four nos caps for my belair, which I will use with beauty rings. I found them at Dick Moffitt Chevy Parts in Springfield, Ohio. His Phone number is 937-325-7861. 1954 is the newest Chevy he carries parts for. I live about 2.5 hours from his place and intend to go look through his inventory soon. He carries parts for all Chevys from the earliest to and including 1954. I wish I had found him earlier. thanks again,,,,, g.

I'm confused. Your car is a BelAir and sports full wheel covers. You have located 4 NOS caps (You don't say if they are BelAir, One-Fifty, or Two-Ten) and intend to use them with "TRIM RINGS". You can't have it both ways, it's either or. The BA has the full caps and the other lesser models had the small cap and permitted the additional use of trim rings.

Its very important that you have the correct 1954 wheels if you use the small caps. The 1954 caps will not fit on 1953 and prior wheels.

Hey Ray,

Good point. And I sort of "knew" I might be adding to the possible confusion when I was posting info about "hubcaps." I thought about using the correct term - wheel covers; but obviously didn't. Well, I presume all will work out when the fellow visits Moffitt's.
