Guys I am getting ready to mount my engine on the frame. I purchased two new side motor mounts which are in the shape of a W, kinda. I've lost the mounting plates that attach to the bellhousing, I think but my question is how do they bolt to the brackets that come off the inner frame rails? The mounts have two threaded holes at each end and the brackets only have one hole. Is there a more detailed manual for reassembling the Aerosedan then the Repair Manual? Is the W mount a substitute for an original? Appreciate any help on this one as I cannot afford to lose anymore hair. Thanks in Advance.

You will only use 1 of the threaded holes. The ones to use are obvious when the engine and transmission are in place. The W shaped mounts are superior to the originals in my opinion. Less chance of the rubber separating from the metal.

Thanks Ray; That helps out alot and definately makes sense. I had layed one of the mounts on the bracket and seen that it did lay on there ok. Now i just have to find the plate that attach's to the bellhousing. After being appart for 4 1/2 years, moving and working on it in the three diff locations u can imagine what a mess I have. Oh well. Thanks again ....John
