Does the fisher body plate correlate to the data plate? Also, under Body No "T 956" relate to where body was built and the number assigned to body? Finally, what does "trim No 69" mean?

I think you're asking if the serial number plate & the Fisher plate correlate. They should. The T 956 breaks down to Tarrytown NY & the 956th of whatever model you have. Because it is Tarrytown your serial number should start with 2, followed by 2 letters, then numbers from 01 thru 12 indicating month of assy & last more numbers, example, 2cc03****** would be a 33 std built at Tarrytown in the 3rd month, or March. I hope this info is the same as 33 & 34......Joe

Does anyone sell the rivets that mounts this fisher tag to car? Also, where can you get the clutch head metal screw that attaches the data plate(car #)?

Here is a photo of my data plates: The "Car No" number is 3HB1110810 and the plates have completely different information. My title uses the car number not the engine number. The only place that I know of that carries your screws is: http://www.restorationspecialties.com/And I don't know of anybody that carries those hollow rivets but try: http://www.bigflatsrivet.com/Brian

Are the tags shown in the photo reproduced by anyone? Unfortunately, my 37 was restored about 20 years ago and the tags are missing. Any suggestions? Also, is the oval shaped Fisher tag originally held on with rivets or was it screwed on? Thanks!

I found chrome plated screws the correct size at the local hardware store, they are slotted oval head tapping screws. True Value I think was the store.

I have never found anyone that could give me a correct interpretation of the Trim 69. Based on what I understand it was a basic trim package of "True-Tan" mohair velvet fabric but the actual colors varied from production plant to production plant and time of manufacture (what was available).
