VCCA members have access to a list of over 50 Technical Advisors who can help you with your car. It's worth the price of membership! While you can get a lot of information for free in this forum, sometimes the info that you REALLY need is only available from the right person. This is what "The World's Best Chevrolet Club" is all about!
Ray, That one was part of a series of them. The Crank shaft itself is in the early part of Part 3. I didn't watch all of them this time around, but here they are.
When you go to the site. There will be an option to play or download. They have several choices for the format you can use. It took me about 20- 30 min to download over my Verizon DSL. I have the 4 part series and can burn a disk for you if you would like. Dan.

Together we can do anything. The impossible just takes longer.
One of the most interesting segments was test running '36 engines with 1931 manifold and carburetor. Sure took me aback until I figured out what they were doing.
There is movie online about the 1935 Chevrolet Sign in New York. Apparently it was the largest sign at that time. Try this link, but my employer restricts me from this site so it might be incorrect

AAAWWWWEEEE!!!! Mechanical motorized electrical controllers (kinda like working on our old cars!)....It makes my heart sing! Now this is something that makes sense!!! it is easy to see and grasp, try explaining everything that goes into a micro-chip and out like this mechanization, it is way too small and way too fast, I do love my computer, even if I don't fully understand it's switching mechanizium. Thanks for the link.
Life's a long winding trail, love Jesus and ride a good horse!
The sign movie is very cool! I wonder how many of those guys fell of that thing. ...I wonder what ever happened to that sign. I betcha The JYD has it buried somewhere outback...
Hey Macky, my computer has one of those punched out paper rolls behide it, don't your's?
Yeah, it does, sometimes I subsitute the player piano roll of "You are my sunshine"! It is much friendly than MicroCave Windows! I don't have to listen to that caveman ragging on the little lizard!
