Hey Dandy,
I presume you've seen many of the threads about G and D arrival times. The G and D seems to arrive in different parts of the country (and internatl also) at all different times. And it doesn't always seem to make sense.... relative to the distance the recipient is from So Cal. I'm usually pretty lucky. I seem to get mine pretty close to the First of the month. For instance, I got my Feb issue on Monday, Feb 5.
Anyway, I'd bet that you'll eventually get yours. Unless there was some foul-up on renewing your membership. I seem to recall a couple of guys admitting they'd forgotten that important detail. As soon as they renewed, the G and D's started up again.
I'm NOT suggesting that's the case with you. Just a thought....
I hope yours comes soon. It's a good one. Especially for me. I'm in LOVE with the Black '54 Bel Air sedan on the back cover. I WANT TO BUY IT.....

Just curious, but has anyone else had pages missing and pages repeated in their issue of the Feburary G&D?
Mine has pg 1 thru 16, then skips to pg 33 thru 40, the repeates 33 thru 40 and ends at pg 48. ???? Pages 17 thru 32 are missing.
Go figure...

That happened to me ONCE, years ago. I let Fink's know and they sent a "good" one very promptly. Turned out it was an "assembly" problem.
Suggest you also let them know.....

Well guess I was right Febuary is over and I did not receive my G&D May'be Febuary and March issues will arrive together.Oh why did Febuary have to be a short month.

Dan, maybe you should send an email and get another copy sent to you...I don't know the policy of the VCCA on how late the G&D must be in order to request another one; maybe someone here knows?

Pushrod, I think that the Finks should put May on the next issue and we would get it at the end of April, just skip April. I got my April issue of Hemmings two days before my February copy of the G&D. Ain't that sumptin!

When the G&D gets to the big time and sells on news stands then the issue date needs to be six to eight weeks pre-dated when sent out. That way people will not think that they are buying an old stale issue until it is replaced by the next issue. Works just like the $9.99 is thought of as $ 9 vs. $ 10.
