The silver Chevrolet has used for years for wheels and valance grills is Argent Silver, Eastwood has it in spray cans and also quarts, you will find it in the section on restoreing wheels, or just do a search on the Eastwood Co. site.

I can't find any numbers.etc. but it is described as being Argent Silver....which is available today under that name.
