It will be my first time at Hershey I will be there Fri. & Sat. I understand it is a large show with lots of vendors. Any insite on where to park and what to see or any other advice?

Also who else is going?

Gary

The most fun, for seeing the show cars, is to get up really early Saturday, and be by the entrance to the Show Field no later than 6 a.m. Take a folding chair. Then you can sit for a few hours, and watch 2,000 plus or minus near-perfect show cars drive past you! It's more fun to watch them in motion.

Afterward, you can wander the show field, but I always find that I run out of time trying to see everything I want to see.

I'll bring my rain gear and a chair, the bad news is the forcast is [Linked Image from image.weather.com] so it will most likely rain.

Wear shoes that you can walk in for hours...and don't get sunburned and of course wear your VCCA ball cap.

Yes,

the VCCA Tent is located in the Red Field at RWC 25-26. We will be setting it up Wednesday morning.

I was in Hershey Friday and Saturday. What a great show lots of vendors and beautiful cars.
Went looking for the VCCA Tent located in the Red Field at RWC 25-26 on both days but there was nothing there?

Apparently the VCCA Tent did a Wizard of OZ number in the storm Wednesday night and was beyond repair.

That storm must have blown away our website too.

Ken and I decided to close the space down on Friday morning, considering we lost the tent and it was still raining. We have not opened the space on Saturday at all in the past few years that we have been doing it. Saturday is a hard day to get anyone to man the booth with the show going on. Many of our members are both AACA and VCCA members and they either are judging or might have a car in the show. We do need a better shelter and are looking into renting a tent for next year. This is still pretty new idea and we are working out some problems, again we need members to step up and dedicate a few hours

I was at the show ... I had a great time, but the weather really didn't cooperate for Friday, but the sky was perfect for taking photos on Satruday of all the great looking show cars!
