The draft bylaws look good to me. I assume they are taken from an "example" set forth by the VCCA, or are similar to other "conventional" Chapters. In any case they look like they will probably work ok.

Mine says,"Can't find ACROREAD.EXE." and don't know what it means when it says "Type in the excutable to be used instead" so will have one of the kids install ACROREAD for me and then I should be able to pull it up I hope. To bad all 10 left home already.  On the 2nd thought-------

Jerry,any time you see a file with the extension PDF that means you will need Acrobat Reader installed on the computer or a comparable program, many files will ask if you have Acrobat reader and if not you can download a free copy.Acrobat Reader is a product of Adobe software.
I always try to send files to people like myself that have Microsoft Windows in a Mirosoft Word format because most PCs come with Word installed.

I have replied direct but is only a clarification of section 4 B. Is there a set figure for this?
