Hi All,

I made this page a while back and put it on the back burner so to speak: Original Window Stickers & Bill of Sale for Chevrolet Cars & Trucks

Thought I would bring it to light and ask for help to add more info. If you have an old orginal bill of sale or window sticker you would like to add that can be scanned, please send it my way. khardy3830@yahoo.com

If any of the info on these documents is current, such as your name and address that has not changed in 20 to 50 years that you want omitted, I can make those modifications on the scan.

I think these would make a cool reference to the prices paid in the past for these wonderful vehicles we love so much. :)

Thanks,

Keith,
After reading your post I went out and checked my collection to see if I had anything concerning Bill Of Sales. I discovered a used book of order blank forms that a local dealer used when ordering a new vehicle for a customer. This book is dated 7-47. The pages left in the book are carbon copys and will not scan but I thought someone might be interested in one of the transactions listed in this book. The following is for a new 1951 Chevrolet sold Oct. 25. Cash delivered price $1785.60, accessories: Radio $68.00, Heater $65.00, Cig. lighter $3.75, Ash rec. $1.85, R H visor $5.00, Seat Covers $35.00, Arm Rest $8.00, Outside mirror $3.00, Non Glare Mirror $4.95, Overflow tank $4.95, Fender skirts $18.50, Back Up Lights $11.40. Total of sale including taxes $2045.60 Note: The copy is dim and I can only identify this vehicle to be a 2 dr. I have several unused books of these order blank forms, If anyone would like one of these unused forms send me a SASE and I will send them one.

I have the bill of sale and title from the 1938 that my father-inlaw purchased used in 1941.Also have the bill of sale from the 1951 Olds he purchased new and traded the '38 in on.

Also have the bill of sale (would thay be bills of sale) from the 1953,1955 and 1957 that I purchased new.

Have the window sticker from the '57-its not the later price sticker but listed the production date, options and dealer delivered to.The goverment required price stickers came along in 1959.

Hi dandyd,

Sent you an email. :)

Gene, I am about half way through the 1929-41 Parts Catalog. Hope to finish scanning the pages in a few days and send all the manuals back to you. For some reason, this manual has been harder than the rest to do.

Take care,
