Hey Bill, that's great! I'm happy to see some class being added to the internet. 32 Chevy will do it every time!

What all are you going to put on it?

Since my 1931chevrolet.com site has been up for the past 5 or 6 years... I've had tons of people ask me about stuff for 1928 to 1932 cars... My intention was to expand to all of these years... but I never could figure out what name to call the site!! laugh

In the meantime I wanted to let people know that '32 was definitely different from'31, so I started that site... but now, I need more 32 info since I don't have all that much.

So, here's a request== if you have any 32 info that you want to see posted on the 1932chevrolet.com site, send it to me. I'll try to post it as soon as I can.

Any other thoughts or ideas?

--- oh, Skipper... tomorrow (Sunday is my birthday and it's the first time that I can officially retire... but I can't afford a mortgage on a retired income... therefore it's still hi-ho, hi-ho, off to work I go.... curse

You are doing such a great job, I doubt that I can give much advise. I definitely would have your section for photos. I like to see construction photos as well as completed project photos.

Not everyone has a collection of back issues of the G&D. So much info which has been published in past issues would be great to be included in the web page. If there is a legal problem with coping the original articles, we could do our own and essentially supply the same info.

We could scan the DuPont color bulletins #4 and 5. We could also scan a copy of the appropriate section from "Complete Chevrolet Duco Specifications".

Skip did a great list of paint schdules for engine and chassis. Maybe we could include that as well.

Photos of optional equipment would be good, like the Potter trunck and the extension trunk.

Outstanding, Billy Boy. I'm really pleased to see the shape of things to come. I really dig the lost boattail version!

Hi Bill

Checked out the website, looks good and has heaps of potential. I noted that there are "no known examples" of the Moonlight Speedster

I have some very good photos of a restored speedster and a rough original coupe, if you would like me to send them over. You'll have to do the posting though as I haven't a clue.

I have quite a few good photos of Aussie 32's that i could send as well

Here are a couple of photos of the restored 1932 Chevrolet Moonlight Speedster. As you can see, the car is alive and well. And, the only known 1932 Chevrolet Moonlight Coupe is alive too, but it does need lots and lots of "Tender Loving Care!" laugh laugh laugh

Thanks JYD.... just so you know, the electrons weren't even dry and I copied these two pics and added them to the \'32 web site

Good 'ol Brucey sent me a bunch more and I'm uploaded those too! Included some accessory stuff. Still a long ways from matching my \'31 web site but it's coming together nicely! chevy

Please use documented information only. There is more than enough personal opinion out there now.
Keep up the good work. See you down the back roads.

It's coming together very nice, Billy. The accessories photos are quite interesting. The close up photos also give me great templates to gauge my ongoing and incremental restoration.

Bill, when we run across pics of certain models of '32 Chevys or accessories on the WWW (even on ebay), not shown on the '32 site do you want us to email them to you (if I can figure out how to do it) or tell you where they are so you can post them?

Like some of these photos of a '32 cabriolet:

Why sure! Especially if they are good clear photos... I've seen some that I wished were a lot clearer and I have to resist NOT to post them. :(

I'm also looking for " information " on the 32's... similar to what's posted on my 1931 Chev web site .

Typed lists of data work fine for me.. I can format them and pretty them up!! Agrin

Cool...too cool...

Could you use any of the pics of the '32 cabriolet from the ebay sale (above)? Or the Chevrolet Moonlight Speedster that the JYD posted?

Are they clear enough?
--------------------------------------------------

Should have looked at the site first, Bill you are faster than a 'speeding bullet...err.. Chevy'

Thanks for the site and pics, "SuperBill"
