I have a used Chevrolet Heater that I picked up with some other items over the weekend that I need some help getting a positive identification on. It is the same shape as some of the pickup heaters from the 40s and 50s except that it has 2 vertical doors rather than the horizontial doors. It is 9 inches wide and 8 1/2 inches tall not including the defroster unit setting on top. It has a round Chevrolet emblem on the rh door. I would appreciate any help.

I can email a photo who anyone who thinks they can identify this heater.

Thanks, WD

Thanks to Chevgene, my heater has been identified as 1939 Deluxe #985233. I also stumbled on this 1939 Chevrolet site which has some great information: http://www.1939chevy.com/
