I am trying to take the rearend in my '39 apart and it is being a real pain in the arse. There is a big nut on the driveshaft where it comes out of the rear end that is crimped in on a side so as not to accidentally loosen. I uncrimped it and spun off the nut as far as it would go, but it ran into the coupling that splices the 2 driveshaft parts. There are two pins that hold these two shafts to the collar and I got one out but not the other. Is there any easy way to get this darn thing apart? Am I doing this all wrong? Does anyone have any idea what I am talking about?

If you can't drive the pin out you will probably have to drill it out. :( :( :(
