You should add a section for hauling information. You can include a section for people wanting something hauled, and one for people wanting to haul something. It really helps many people who cannot personally pick up there new Chevy because of vast distances.

Yes I did. A fellow VCCA member and an extremely good friend brought the artifact to me from Hershey when he attended the Hershey Swap Meet this past October. Previous arrangements had been made to hand transport the artifact in a special hand made shipping crate to Hershey from Detroit, and my good buddy Ardie Overby picked it up there and hand carried it on the airplane flight back to Portland, Oregon. Then, three weeks later Ardie drove the artifact down to me in Eagle Point, a distance of some 290 miles. Bob asked what the artifact is. Well, it goes something like this: Back in 1929, in anticipation of the start of the Fisher Body Craftsman's Guild (the building of scale models of the famous Fisher Body Napoleonic Coach logo by young boys for college scholarships), two prototype working scale models of the Fisher Body coach logo were hand created by Fisher Body's Fleetwood factory in Pennsylvania. These two models are the finest hand built examples of their type in existence. Both prototype models remained in the ownership of Fisher Body Corporation. In 1968 one was given to General Motors by the Fisher Brothers, and a special embossed bronze plaque was made commemorating the event. The model was put on display on a pedestal and thousands of people have seen it over the past decades. This famous prototype model, with it's embossed bronze plaque, now has a new home in the collection of the Junkyard Dog. The second prototype Napoleonic coach model is still owned by General Motors. To learn more about the history of this prototype and to view photos of same, go here: http://www.geocities.com/sponcom26/CoachMuseumPrototypeCoach1.html

Chevmandog: Yes, it definitely is! The Fisher Body Craftsman's Guild was the greatest promotional concept ever created by General Motors/Fisher Body, and because of that, this prototype model was a major piece of GM's past history. However, like other GM priceless historical artifacts, they let it go without any concern for their past history or for the Fisher Body trademark, which has been a major part of their corporation for so many decades. A special glass and mirrored display case to sit on top of a 42" antique pedestal has been constructed, and within the next week, the prototype model will be removed from it's specially built shipping crate (which has been it's home since last October) and put on display.  :( :( Hey Macky Wacky! See, the gnarly old mutt does accomplish other things besides sitting at the old beer tapper all day!
