Couldn't we just post pics on a thread like this?

We could just post pics without any comments, maybe just a number & basic information so we could refer to a certain photo in other threads. yipp

Would this be a problem for anyone or a problem for the site?

This is just a sugguestion, if you want to do something like this I will "cut" this post to just the directions below. ok

croc

Directions for this photo thread:

Please post a photo of your Chevy or Chevys on this thread.

Please do not write any comments except a consecutive number to be used as a reference number for discussion and the year and model of the vehicle.

Thank you.

There are just not that many that are interested in another expensive service like this I guess, Gator, did you see the results of the poll? not very many members voted and there was not a clear cut majority in favor of this service.

Gator, I think your idea isn't all that bad, in fact, I'm impressed that it is pretty simple!

However, it doesn't really solve what I see as the two big problems with photo posting:

1) It needs to be a simple process to load a photo
2) We need to be able to quickly find the photos.

These two problems are at the root of some fairly involved programming tasks. I've looked into photo packages for the net a bit, and they all fall short of what I'd want as a member of the club.

Keep at it though!
