Gents, I think most of you will agree that Bill Barker is doing a super job Adminstering this site. I see a lot of Postings to him and it seems that Bill has been overloaded with small stuff daily, E-mail, messages, questions, suggestions and etc, etc. addressed to him personally and he is having a problem allocateing his time for all these activities, let alone having a life of his own. Before we burn him out and he goes over the edge, maybe we Moderators and regular members need to take a more active part in keeping the the daily events on track here and relieve some of the load Bill is carrying. Maybe one of our members that is computer savy might step up to the plate and offer to manage the ongoing discussion board issues it would help him out, Let's hear from you regulars on this issue, or send a e-mail to Bill offering your help!, (there I go again) please!

Ok! quit pushing, seeing that the only thing that I know about Fire trucks is that they are Red
(mind you it is a really great Red) and water comes out of them (on purpose) Put me down for the National Meets and Events Forum and I will do my best to keep it updated. In put from members who attend these events would be greatly appricated and for those of us who don't like to read, pictures are a great aid.

I’ll do the fire truck’s board. BTW, some of the fire trucks are lime green, that reminds me of a drink. "put the lime -n- the coca-nut, drink it all-up" (ops) that another story. Just say the word .... such a nice low traffic opportunity :o

Hey Macky Wacky! Yep, you got it! Elvira still has her original starter and generator, but she is running on 24 volts, not 6 volts. Hey, ya got to keep that voltage up when you are running as hot as she is!!!! Ya!! :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

Will, Thanks a million for volunteering to be the Moderator for the Firetrucks!!! You can now close out this thread unless someone wants to debate original headlights or excessive voltages some more... me... I prefer to keep the volts low but increase the amperage!! Ya gotta know electricity to know what THAT means!! :eek:
