I am installing a water pump pulley on a rebuilt water pump on my 25 Sup K. What is the minimum shop press I would need to do this? 6 Ton, 12 Ton???? Is there another way to do it. Any caveats? Thanks.

A six ton press will do it, or you can also use a vise to press on the pulley if the vise will open wide enough to accept the water pump body and the pulley.
