Hiya, guys! I posted this a while back, but the only response I got was from a fella saying he thought it was a Dodge. I really don't think so... OK. This frame is pre-1930, I think. It has enclosed driveline w/mech. brakes on the back,w/contracting emerg. brake, and no brakes at all on the front. I see no provisions for backing plate at all on the spindles. The front axle forks, and carries the spindle between the forks, versus the other I-beams I've seen, where the spindle is built to "straddle" the kingpin mount. It also has a manufactured, cast mechanism clamped to the I-beam and tie rod for a tongue-hitch. A friend told me it may be Canadian, as there were, apparently, times during the depression, that they ran out of gas/money altogether, and towed their cars around with horses...They called 'em "Bennett Buggies", I guess, after their Prime Minister of the time. Can anyone tell me anything about this frame?I'm hoping to use this for a track-roadster with a "built" 261 engine, unless somebody can recognise it from my description, and NEEDS it.I have pics for the curious. email me privately, at oxfarm@oregontrail.net Thanks in advance, Mike

Hi! I'm in Albany. How about emailing me whatever pics of the frame that you have.
