I have finally progressed in the restoration of my 1924 Touring that I will be having the wood installed soon. While the body is in the shop, I'm taking time to work on some of the small parts. Today, I decided to examine my G&G vacuum tank. I'm extremely pleased that the interior looks like new. The float valve appears to function properly. The filter must be very stopped up because I can't blow through the intake. Need to fix that. Don't know what to do about the lover valve. I guess it's ok. (at the bottom of the inner chamber. Usually, if something looks pretty good, I'm inclined to leave it alone. Here's my question: Any tips or inside information on what should be done...and what should NOT be done? Thanks!
