Does anyone happen to know the correct routing of the metal flex cable wire cover coming out of the tail light (driver side). Did it go around the rear end of the truck frame with the cable clamp fixed to the tag frame bolt or run under or over the truck frame? Maxie.

On the 28, the tail light is mounted in the middle in the spare tire carier.

Hi Betsy, Thanks for your reply. I should have been more clear. This is a 1928 1 ton Capitol Truck and I'm thinking the bracket is mounted on the driver side of the rear frame (at least the two holes match up :-)). It just doesn't seem like there was an slick way to route the flex cable behind the truck frame to connect the wires and didn't think I should have to drill a hole?? Was trying to figure how was out of the factory. Thanks again, Maxie!
