I am trying to put together a story for the G&D on currently available replacement 7/8-18 thd. Spark plugs for our Chev 4’s. If you have had any experiences with the following plugs … lets here from you.
AC 18
AUTOLITE 7077 . CHAMPION W89D W18 W16Y
NOTE: The #18, 7077, and W89D all have an extra long electrodes [about a ½”] and are design as a hotter plug for non-automotive use.

Hi Ken, If you are writing about spark plugs for the 4-cylinder you must include the description and picture included in this string: SPARK PLUGS

Thanks Ray for the link to your 7/8' to 14 mm adapters for the latest modern taper/resistor spark plugs.
AC also offered its N0.1 adapters [with the large 1 1/8" hexagon] back in the 30's to convert to 14 mm plugs "which give better performance and longer life under these severe conditions.
I thought I would limit my report this time to 7/8" plugs that are still available and perhaps gives even better service then the original nominal 3/4" to 7/8" thread reach plugs. KenK
