I'm going to pull the motor out of my 19 FB Sedan. Does anyone have an opinion about pulling the transmission at the same time. What I'm looking for is if it would make the job easier to put everything back together.

Having never done it, I am no expert on the '19 FB. I would suspect that pulling the engine and transmission as a unit would be easier. It surely is for most models newer than the '19.

I pulled my engine and transmission as a unit on my 1922 FB roadster it was much easier, did the same on my 1919 490 and 1923 touring.

To pull the engine from my Pontiac I removed the headlight bar, rad shell and hood. then I jacked the car up slightly, put a kids wagon under the oil pan, removed the front wheels so I could lower the car down until the axle was on the ground and then pulled the wagon forward and just lifted the wheels up over the front axle. It took me about 1 1/2 hours total time and I did not need any help at all. Just reversed it to reinstall the engine.
