WELL, NOW I DID IT. BROKE THE REAR AXLE ON MY AB COUPE. I GUESS I WILL FIND OUT HOW IT IS BUILT TONIGHT AND THEN TRY TO FIND ONE. ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SAVE ME SOME CUSSING IS WELCOME TO GIVE ADVICE. IVE NEVER BENN IN THIS PART OF THE CAR BEFORE.

Don't waste your time and money putting in a NOS axle, buy a pair of the new ones from several of the '28 vendors they ain't cheap, about $200 each!
Probably the biggest problem will be getting the broken stub out, so be prepared to remove bothhubs, axles and the spiders. I hope you have a repair manual. there are several threads here on the site relating to broken axles and how to pull hubs and axles. (Do a search in the 1928 site forum for axle.) GOOD LUCK!
