Does anyone know if the 490 and Baby Grand are the same headlights? Does anyone have a set to fit my Baby Grand? Looking for a solid pair in about #3 condition that are reasonable. Thanks, Ron

Your first question: The part numbers are different, therefore the assumption is that they are not the same/interchangeable.

The 490 headlight is smaller of the two models. It measures about 9" dia. and 5 1/2" deep. [ someone else will have to provide the measurement for the other one]

Hi again babe grand, Unfortunately this is the best picture I can provide for the headlight on an FB. This is from the PARTS LIST, MODEL FB, dtd March 15, 1921, page 92. Actually two headlights were used.
