I have a question about a radio. I thought that maybe Ray could answer it. The radio is a model # 600153 Super Heterodyne. It was built in Detroit, Michigan by Chevrolet Moter Co. It has a place for a key between the knobs. I'm trying to find out the year for the person that has it. The face looks pretty nice. Thanks Lewis

How about posting it here as well? Some of us don't get time to check other sections.

This is the reason we have various forums to allow the posting of items and questions in the correct place. This allows the forums to remain on subjects for which they were established. If you find that you have so little time to look at all the forums this should save the trouble of searching through each forum to find the info that you seek. You have just saved valuable time that you can use to work on your old Chevy laugh yipp

Perhaps the moderators of this forum should have "moved" this topic to the correct forum and allowed it to continue there. That is the job of the moderators chevy

Thanks guys,

We seem to have a wide diversity of opinon here that is beyond my skill level. Radios do seem out of place in the 1912-1928 section but there is a much larger question involved here. I suggest we kick this subject upstairs to the high paid management guys and let them solve it.

Herb
