I HAVE JUST REPLACED MY RADIATOR AND SHELL ON MY 27 COACH AND I CANNOT GET THE HOOD ALIGNED CORRECTLY! THE SHELL NOW HAS NEW LACING,OTHER THAN THAT IT IS STILL THE SAME OLD HOOD.IS THERE A TRICK OR SOMETHING TO GET THIS LINED UP CORRECTLY? THE HOOD TOWARDS THE LOWER FRONT OVERLAPS THE SHELL EVEN AFTER ADJUSTING THE RADIATOR AS FAR AHEAD AS POSSABLE.THANKS FOR ANY INFO-BOB

From your description I can not tell for sure what is the problem. Does the hood fit correctly at the cowl? If it does then I would conclude that the radiator shell bottom is too far back. If it does not then radiator may be too high. It may be because of a thicker welting. If you can lower the radiator and shell it should effectively move the hood down and toward the back. It will also move the hood at the cowl corner back.
