Subject: I got a question from a member of our register:


Which year did GM start to deliver cars with 4-cylinder engines after they finished in 1928? And which type/model was the first "new" 4-cyl. car? Or have they never started delivering engines with four cylinders again?

In 1962 Chevrolet put a 153 ci 4cyl in the Chevy II Novas. It was used at least till the early 70's. chevy

...Also the Luv pickup and the S-10 pickups could be bought with 4 bangers, along with the Chevy Corsica and others? some mounted in line and some mounted cross ways (in the front wheel drives)
