Can someone tell me how many spring leafs there should be on a 1928 Chevrolet Cabriolet front/back? Was the count different for various body styles?

Thanks!

There are 7 in the front and 7 on the rear. In both cases there is the short 'helper' spring on the end of each bundle of springs. This is for the Touring. Will check the Roadster later.

Just did some checking in my parts book. All models for 1928 had 7 springs in front.

Rear Springs: Roadster and Coupe 6
Touring, Cabrolet 7
Coach, sedan, Imperial 8
1/2 ton truck 8
