When I cleaned all the tar off tanks, I found that they had a really bad patch job done. Also the honeycomb may need to be replaced. It is badly caked with crud. I am in Northern Virginia. You can order a brand new honeycomb radiator from the Filling Station in Lebanon, Oregon. Their radiator core is far superior to the one that you have now. Be sure to save your top and bottom tanks since you will need them to put on the new radiator core. The Filling Station sells the core only and you will have to use your tanks. Good luck! It may cost a little more to go first class, but what the heck! Life's a long winding trail, love Jesus and ride a good horse!
