I have a site for speedsters and speed equipment. It is a Yahoo group called 4_banger_speed. So far all the members are Ford owners. I know there was speed equipment made for Chevrolet and Dodge Brothers engines. I would really like to see members representing all makes. I would like to invite anyone interested to join this site.

BTW, Anyone have a Winfield, Roof, or other performance Intake manifold to fit my 1928 Chevrolet head.

I have an extra 28 head to trade. It has been magnafluxed and disassembeled. ready to rebuild.

Welcome to VCCAChat. I tried www.yahoo.com/4_banger_speed.htm but that's just a shot in the dark that missed. If you can edit your message to include the correct URL it should show as a link to your website that we can click on.
The VCCA generally doesn't condone hacking up vintage cars to make speedsters out of but sometimes they are just too far gone to restore otherwise. Ken Kaufmann ran an article called "Special Circumstances" in his Speed and Sport Series, G&D Oct 98 that deals with the subject of modified cars and I believe speedsters and engine modifications are appropriate subjects for this forum.
