Want more coverage of your event? You can announce your VCCA Regional meet or event on our website by going to vcca.org and clicking 'Region Services'. Just follow the prompts. It's easy, even I can do it!! Don't forget to get your Area Directors approval for the event first. :)

Bill, I think that keeping the VCCA.org site updated should be assigned to someone on the BOD of each Region. This needs to be coordinated with the National Board also, making each region accountable of the posting of events should improve the content of the events calender.

Before any Region event is placed in either the G&D or on the Website it must be approved by their VCCA Area Board Member, according to our By-Laws. Once approved the Region is responsible for inserting its own event. Neither the G&D Editor nor our Webmaster are responsible for accuracy of the insert. That's the Regions responsibility. It's a great idea to assign some one from your Region to handle this task as MrMack suggests. As they say, too many cooks spoil the broth! :)
