Hi Matt,

This is information I found on a 64 Chevelle, so not sure it is correct. These codes have group numbers and letters for the option inside that group.

Group 1
W RPO A02 TINTED WINDSHIELD

Group 2
M RPO M35 POWERGLIDE
P RPO U63 PUSHBUTTON RADIO
P RPO Z13 CONVIENIENCE PACKAGE

Group 3
C RPO B70 PADDED DASH

Group 5
W RIGHT SIDE EXTERIOR MIRROR

I just read they are the same for all Chevrolets, but I can not valid that for sure.

Thanks Jim. This is going to help me out alot. I also was wondering when you listed your CONVIENIENCE PACKAGE. What did that include? I am doing some research on the car itself. It was one of the origional db bass contest impalas of SW Florida. Well, thank you for the information.

Matt,

Note: In Group 2 there were two ā€œPā€ options.

I believe that a Comfort and Convenience Package includes: day/night mirror, hazard flashers, remote outside mirror. Again, I cannot validate this information for sure. This information was referenced on a 64 Nova. There may be several Convenience Packages available too.

However, it seems that this information may apply to numerous models and different years.
