38 Master Deluxe - was there a factory access hole in the trunk on the Sport Sedan? Having issues with the gauge and was hoping for access without dropping the tank.

. I just looked in the trunk of two 1937 Deluxe sedans and could not see any access hole to the sending unit under "tar paper". Look under floor mat in 38. (37 had spare tire in different location than 38.) Here's some other suggestions: <http://home.znet.com/r1937/Fuel.htm>. .
