I posted it in general by mistake, so moving it to here. Probably obvious to the experienced restorers. On the 2-door that I just got there is a 1/8” copper line that exits above the drivers side windshield. On the inside it is inlet into the wood and snakes down the driver’s front roof pillar. About 2’ of copper inside under the dash not connected to anything.

Just a WAG, is it for a vacuum operated windshield wiper?

That would be my guess as that is how the line for my 32 is routed though my line was steel.

Same as my 29, windshield wiper. There should be a valve mounted in the dash to the left of the gauges.

There is a valve on the dash. Looks to be in good condition, with no corrosion on the zinc casting. Just no ferrule nuts for attaching the tubing. And haven’t found a wiper motor in the pile of parts yet. Did find one short wiper arm.
