OP roneyres Backyard Mechanic Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 329 Kansas	Doing a '53 Chevy for a friend, he bought hub caps that appear to be reproduction of the originals that fit over the lug nuts but not the full wheel covers. They seem to fit over the rim but he replaced the original lock ring type rims with modern drop center rims. They do not have the spring clips that snap inside of the hub caps to hold them in place. Can you buy these clips and rivet them in; or alternative suggestions? Thanks, Ron
