Sorry for the outage.
Hosting company decided the credit card used to pay for the service was invalid.
Ironically, the same card was used to renew the service.

I would think that some notice prior to shutting down would have been provided, If not it is my opinion that a search for a new vendor is in order.

Get ready for lots of that. I dont know about the situation in the US but down here they are pushing for totally cashless so system outage and the likes are going to be common place.
