Hi: I need a couple things Chromed on my 31 Chevy and would like to know your suggestions. Preferably on the East Coast side but want show quality no matter where it is. I used to go to Paul’s before he closed. I searched the threads but didn’t find this topic already posted. If it’s there a pointer to that would be appreciated. Thanks, jp

Speed and Sport in Houston Texas advertises in the G&D. They do show quality work and charge accordingly. I have taken parts to be plated to them for over 40 years. Craig Bierman stands behind his employees work. They do a lot of parts shipped to them from across the country, maybe world.

I've used Electroplating of El Paso for years and have been very satisfied with them. 915-779-3796.

i suggest that you talk to Chip at Tri-City Plating in Johnsonville, TN. While I never used him myself I have seen their work. A couple of weeks ago I called to discuss a possible project with them. Chip called backed promptly and we had a very good discussion.
His pricing was in line with the market for chrome plating these days. The only reason I am not using them is that I decided that it is more money than I want to spend on a driver car.

Librandi's in Harrisburg PA, lifetime guarantee, they did the chrome on both my 62 Biscayne and my 60 Impala. Both cars are AACA Grand National Winners and National Award Winners as well as VCCA overall Best of The Best Winners. Prices were comparable, turnaround was rather quick. I am pretty picky, they did a very good job! They did a great job on my buddy's nickel plated Diamond T Fire Truck bumpers.
I also can tell you who not to use!

I used Pacific Plating in San Diego and they did a good job albeit not show quality but driver quality. I'm sure if you specify they can acomodate you. By disclosure, they do send all the plating down to Mexico.
They did a good job on my pot metal hood ornament on my 51.
